Program Details:

Length: 6 weeks

Total Sessions: 12 guided workouts

Schedule:

  • Tuesdays at 6:30pm - Live Zoom

  • Fridays at 9:30am - In-person

Class Length: 30 minutes

All classes are recorded if you miss one - you can do classes at your own pace, on your own time, or all virtually from home if you want to!

In-Person Class Location: Deep Rooted Chiropractic, 112 Moores Road, Suite #100, Malvern, PA 19355

First class in-person on Friday, January 16th
